infant-toddler-01Our intimate Infant program provides a warm, welcoming environment where your baby can grow from a bundle of joy to a bundle of curiosity. Your baby’s primary caregiver is a nurturing child development professional who is focused on creating experiences and opportunities that invite exploration and support the rapid and important development that is occurring in a child’s first year.

At Little Minds Infant Toddler we are focused on keeping your baby happy, engaged, and secure. We personalize care for each infant based on his or her unique schedule, nutritional guidelines, and any other special attention he/she requires.

Warm and nurturing interactions with caregivers, days spent in a home- like environment for learning, individualized attention, experiences, and meaningful partnerships with parents are the cornerstones of
our program.

Program Information

Infants
6 weeks – 9 months
Our Infant program provides nurturing, personal care that builds your infant’s self-esteem through regular teacher-child interactions that spark curiosity and socialization along with playtime experiences that help boost cognitive and motor skills. We also provide daily contact sheets that help keep you informed of your infant’s day.

Crawlers
9 – 24 months
Our Crawlers program is designed to provide an environment where successful, happy & well balanced babies thrive. Our program provides age-appropriate materials and equipment that support learning and development through activities and creative experiences that are sure to spark your baby’s interests.

Research studies have consistently shown that children who attend High-quality Infant Care support a baby’s cognitive development, preparing him for higher academic achievement upon entering school. This appears to result from being provided with intellectual stimulation during the early developmental period, leading to better performance in reading, math and memory- related tasks.

Toddlers
18-30 Months
Our Toddler program provides intentional, enriched experiences which incorporate the needs, interests, and skillsofthetoddlersinourcare. Some of the areas we focus on include:

  •  Communication Skills
  •  Cognitive Development
  •  Building Relationships

We help your child explore the concepts of cause-and-effect, trial- and-error, and object permanence through play; provide a variety of materials of different colors, sizes, textures, and shapes; and encourage the use of all five senses to discover the world.

How infants learn through play
Through play & interaction, infants & toddlers learn about themselves, their environment, people and the world around them. As they play, they learn to solve problems and to get along with others. They enhance their creativity and develop leadership skills and healthy personalities. Play develops skills children need to develop successfully in the world around them. Play in early childhood is the best foundation for success in school.
